Sorry you are having trouble with having to restart Chrome. I have not seen the Subway ad you mention; but, that is not unusual as everyone does not see the same ads. Please read this article to learn more about our advertising standards and how to report a problem ad:
You will see in the article that it talks about using that process to report an "inappropriate" ad; but, it is the same process for any ad that is interfering with your ability to use the site. I will notify our ad team; but, it will help more if you follow the instructions in the article to report the ad.
In the meantime, you might try using a different browser to see if maybe it will work better there -- for example, you may have better luck with Firefox or Internet Explorer.
