Personally, I use a heart rate monitor (Mio watch, in my case) for EVERY single exercise I do - whether it's strength or cardio!

Unfortunately, that would be something you have to manually enter too, but you can also leave it blank. You honestly don't burn that many calories during strength training. Most of your calorie burn comes from cardio.

thankyou for the reply. I am having a heck of a time trying to get on board with this tracker.
So, if I can add whatever name I want, how does the tracker know how calculate the calories ,or all strength exercises the same when it comes to calories burned?

Unfortunately, there is not a link for those. However, if you want to manually enter them and name them what you want, you can use the "Enter your own exercise" link that is listed below the search button on your Fitness Tracker page to do that.

Is there an easy way to add strength training exercises to the fitness tracker if you don't know the proper name for it? The only way I have figured out is to go to the fitness demos in the article section, search the demos to find the right one, then go back to the fitness tracker and hope that I am entering the name right. Is there a link on the demos, or the tracker that I am missing?
