I don't believe there is a way to not go through the demos unless you manually add an exercise or select from your favorites. I just tried adding a manual entry and it showed up in my tracker. Can you tell me what version of the app you are using?

Is there a way for me to add strength training without going through the "demo"? When I do it that way - it does not ask how long I worked out for, but instead assumes the minutes (waay less than it took me). When I try to add through the "quick add" it doesnt seem to register anywhere. thanks!
