My nutrition tracker showed the foods that I deleted in a separate section today for the first time.

It still added the macronutrient values of the deletd foods to the foods I ate.

The daily report shows that I ate 175grams of protein instead of the true amount.

I began deleting the foods from the foods that I deleted section to get the correct macronutrient totals.

However, now the deleted foods section diasappeared before I could finish deleting them all.

It's the journey. We can do this.

I didn't know I could add extra meal categories! That is so helpful, because now I can divide my snacks by morning, afternoon & night. This way, I can be sure I'm eating a high-protein snack in the afternoon and budget my calories better throughout the day. And I hope it helps me remember to take my "with food" medication at the right time of day instead of having to eat again when I remember to take it. Thanks for your help!

Hi,

Issues like you are describing usually happens when members have added an extra meal category and then deleted it. The foods are still added to your total for the day, but now are showing under that "customized meals you deleted" category. If you didn't delete an extra meal, this will usually be resolved if you re-save your meal settings for additional meal categories.

I'm confused about a new heading that came up: "Foods from Customized Meals You Deleted". I can't tell if these items were added into the daily totals or not. When I initially added them, I put the foods under the wrong meal, so I removed them and re-added them correctly, but they're under this new heading. Are they included in my daily totals or not?

Sometimes, I track food I plan to eat, but then I don't finish it, or don't eat it at all. (I know; unbelievable, right?!) In the past I've then gone back and deleted those foods from my tracker. Can I continue to do that?
