As I did insanity a few months ago I noticed that the Fitness tracker has it listed as Aerobics: General: High Impact (including P90X and Insanity) and for myself it only has me burning about 295 calories for the whole workout of about 50 minutes. I am a runner and it seems as though I burn a whole lot more (or close to it depending how far I run) calories during insanity. Is there something else I can list it under. I would like to start again for this month and would like to track my calories a little better. The DVD says you could burn lots more calories per workout and to make sure you eat enough to supply your fuel. I do not want to over eat just because and I do not want to under eat either. I need to supply fuel for my running also as I am training for an up coming marathon.
