Sure thing. If you are looking at the recipe on SparkRecipes.com, you will see a button to the right of it that's called "Add this recipe to my Nutrition Tracker". Click on that. You'll then see a calendar where you select which date you want that to go onto your tracker. Then the Add A Food window will pop up with that recipe prepopulated. Select your serving size, and meal, then you can add it.
Glad you found a recipe you enjoy. The name sounds interesting. I might have to go look that one up.
