I believe the fitness calories with the fitbit correlate with those on fitbit that are related to "very active" fitbit minutes, as that is what they consider to be cardio exercise. Does that help explain what you are seeing? I looked at your account, but currently that number is much higher.

I have switched to the new calorie range goal that takes into account the fitness tracked. I have my fitbit synced to my SparkPeople. This last week, I have noticed a wide fluctuation in the calories for fitness calories tracked with similar number of steps tracked. Right now I have over 6000 steps, 3.2 miles and my fitness calories tracked is 63.
