Yeah there are definitely some that are off when I take a look at it. Thanks!

It would be the individual entries that are in your tracker. While most of the times those numbers add up for products, they don't always when you look at the nutrition labels. If you find this to seem off for you, I would recommend looking specifically at your nutrition labels to see if there may be some incorrect information (companies change their recipes and nutrition facts from time to time and we try to keep foods updated, but we are a small team and may not be able to update all items right away). If your nutrition label is different than what is in our database, you can manually enter that food item for yourself.

I primarily use SP to track my macros, so Calories, Fat, Carbs and Protein. I have specific goals for all four so when done correctly, the grams of Fat Carbs and Protein I eat should add up exactly to the number of calories I set as my goal. Because I watch all four of these measurements very closely I've noticed that my calorie totals are regularly out of whack, and not consistently in the same way.

For example, 149 grams of protien (at 4 calories per) + 33 grams of fat (at 9 calories per) + 128 grams of carbs (at 4 calories per) = 1405 calories. But SP tells me that this is 1338. Yesterday SparkPeople gave me a total that was 79 calories lower than it should have been.

I'm not sure what I could be doing that would cause it to do this, but its always a possibility. Any ideas about what may cause this addition error?
