It would be the individual entries that are in your tracker. While most of the times those numbers add up for products, they don't always when you look at the nutrition labels. If you find this to seem off for you, I would recommend looking specifically at your nutrition labels to see if there may be some incorrect information (companies change their recipes and nutrition facts from time to time and we try to keep foods updated, but we are a small team and may not be able to update all items right away). If your nutrition label is different than what is in our database, you can manually enter that food item for yourself.
