On the fitness tracker search for strength training, and there is an option for circuit training. Congrats on adding strength training! emoticon

Hello and thank you for reading and responses!

I'm wondering if someone can give me pointers on how to better track my strength exercises. I especially love tracking my workouts because it is great to see it build up over time. I feel more accomplished. For the last 3 months I've done nothing but trails and walking on walking paths. Those are easily tracked and fast!

Now I've changed things up and I've added strength training. How do I track everything I do and not take up so much time? I go to the gym and I basically stick to the women's room and just do the strength machines throughout the room. Sometimes I'll do up to 15 different exercises. I don't have the time to look up every exercise and add the weight, reps, etc...

What do you all do when tracking strength? Any tips are appreciated!
