I'm wondering if someone can give me pointers on how to better track my strength exercises. I especially love tracking my workouts because it is great to see it build up over time. I feel more accomplished. For the last 3 months I've done nothing but trails and walking on walking paths. Those are easily tracked and fast!
Now I've changed things up and I've added strength training. How do I track everything I do and not take up so much time? I go to the gym and I basically stick to the women's room and just do the strength machines throughout the room. Sometimes I'll do up to 15 different exercises. I don't have the time to look up every exercise and add the weight, reps, etc...
What do you all do when tracking strength? Any tips are appreciated!
