Can you tell me which browser you're using and about when the problems started? Is it an issue for you every day with everything, or just specific activities on the site periodically?

The more info we can collect, the easier it would be to try and track down the issue.

I'm getting a lot of error messages when trying to enter food. My "Other Goals" has not been working for about a month now. I have read all of the suggestions and nothing is working. Ideas?

Thanks for your reply, Jen. But, I've done this already; also, the problem happens irrespective of the PC or browser I use.

I notice that, furher down the board, there have been quite a few people saying pretty much exactly the same thing - I didn't spot their posts before, or I'd have replied rather than starting another one - sorry!

Really hope it's resolved soon.

I stopped by this board to post a similar complaint, actually. So rather than create a post of my own, I'll add to this one! :) The number of ads surrounding the content, and all the animation have really slowed down my page loads and it's quite frustrating! Maybe one animated ad per page wouldn't be so bad but 2 or more is overkill.

I know, I know, advertisers keep the site free, and I really do appreciate and understand that. When ads get in the way of the site's usability though, it's probably counterproductive.

Every day is a new beginning, a fresh chance to make great progress! Leave yesterday behind, and focus on what is in front of you now.

I'm sorry you're having trouble! We haven't had any widespread complaints about this issue, so you might want to try a different browser and maybe even clear cache and cookies.
Also, if you have any add-ons/extensions in your browser, that could be causing some issues as well.

Hi.
Is anyone else really struggling with using Sparkpeople at the moment? It has just taken me over 15 minutes to enter 5 items of food, as the nutrition tracker page is so slow and laggy.
I am experiencing this no matter what computer or network I use.
I'm really disappointed, as I loved Sparkpeople, but I think I'm going to have to go back to a pen and paper. :-(
