For swimming, the tracker will count your time exercising, and approximate your calories burned. However, it wonít specify you did these activities, because they donít have a consistent pattern like running/walking or cycling.
To sync the device, you need a PC or Mac computer with a USB drive. Your data will be stored on the tracker for about 2 weeks, depending on your usage. If you have a high number of workouts, your data will likely be stored for less time.
