I just found out that I'm allergic to milk (casein) and soy, among several other basic foods. I can eat around most of my allergies but, my meal plan is constantly laden with milk, cheese, and yogurt or soy products. I need help planning protein sources with my food allergies. Is there a plan to further define the meal plan settings beyond "lactose-free" and "no tofu"?
