I'm using v1.5. I still can't get it to work with my account. I created a new account and re-installed, and that doesn't crash on startup. However, I have a lot of data entered in my old account, and I don't want to lose all of it. Could you try to log in to my old account and see if you can make it work in iOS 7?

I gave up on the app. I had a refund issued for the paid app and will just use the website. It's too bad, I liked using Spark and recommended it to others. Since the tech support is non-existent I can't recommend it anymore.

Version 1.4. Same problem, just updated my iPhone 4S to iOS7, and now it crashes as soon as I log on, every time. I rebooted, reinstalled, same result.

Out of 54 apps installed it is the only one I am having this problem with. I deleted all versions of the app and did both warm and hard reset. I re-installed the paid app. It opens and asks for me to sign in or create an account. I sign in with my userid and password and after a few seconds of the progress wheel, it crashes and closes. No errors, etc. It shows as an open app but if I try to use it it crashes.
If I set the phone to airplane mode I can open the app and it does not crash, but it can't do anything because it is not connected. It seems to be when it tries to connect is when it crashes.

I am sorry you are still having trouble with it! The app is working for others with the new operating system, so hopefully we can try some things to get it worked out. Is this app the only app that is crashing on you, or has it happened with other apps as well? One thing to try is uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it. If some of the data was corrupted when you installed the new app, this step would correct that. You might also want to try doing a soft and/or hard reset on your phone.

Ok, I bought the app and loaded it. Exactly the same issue, it crashes on startup. I've tried reset of phone and still can't load app. If I set airplane mode I can open app but of course can't login or do anything with it until I shut off airplane mode it then crashes when I attemp to use the app in any way.

The current version of the iPhone app is version 1.4. It sounds as though you may have the older free version of the app, which no longer receives updates.

It shows as version 2.7. It does not show up as an application to update in the app store.

Hi,

Do you have the most recent version of the app installed? Older versions may not work on the new operating system.

I have been using the iphone app for years but after upgrading to ios7 the Sparkpeople app will not open. The banner appears, then the rotating progress wheel, then it closes. It appears as an open app but has the same behavior if I try to actually open it.
Anyone else have and fix this issue?
