Thanks Kelly for the information. I was finally able to deselect the vegetarian meal plan and reselect the prediabetes diet.

Hello,

I logged in to your account and I notice you are using the SparkD program. Unfortunately, you cannot access the meal plan options while using that program. The only way for you to remove that vegetarian preference is to opt out of the SparkD program and then you can go into the meal plan options and uncheck the vegetarian preference. Then you can opt back into SparkD.

I hope this helps,
Kelly

Go further down on that page and you will see "Meal Plan Settings" - the vegetarian box is in that group - just UN-check it and save.

Hi Kris,
I found the place "Change Diet Settings" before you replied to my question but found no where to change a vegetarian meal plan there. All I saw was edit amount of calories and water and add a nutrient to track. My suggested meals have no meat in them at all which is why I assume somewhere I selected a vegetarian meal plan which I now want to change.

Hi - if you go to your Nutrition Tracker, just under the date is "Tracker Options" Click on "Change Diet Settings". Down near the bottom you will see where you can make your changes. Just make sure that you save your changes before you leave.

Good luck,
Kris

The SparksPeople meals suggest that somewhere in the setup I noted a vegetarian meal preference. I would like to change this but don't see anywhere in the webstie to do this. Can someone direct me ? Thanks in advance for your help.
