Hi,

We recommend that users update their goals for every 10-15 pounds lost. At that time, you can click "change" next to your weight loss goal, verify the information is current, and then save your changes. Doing that will prompt the system to recalculate your current calorie needs. Please note that because our calorie ranges are dependent on several factors, you may not see a change when you do this.

Where can I find the chart showing when you should lower your calorie intake according to the amount of weight you have lost?
