Cooking for yourself is one of the best ways to eat healthy. To get SparkPoints you can go to SparkRecipes and find a recipe you like. After you’ve made the recipe you can click the button at the bottom of the recipe that says "Get Your SparkPoints."
Points: 3 point for every Recipe made
Maximum: 3 points per day (1st Recipe made)
Points for Previous Dates? No – you receive points on the date you click the button to get your SparkPoints.
