Can anyone tell me if there is a way to add food intake by what the totals are rather than the food?
I get my snacks and preportion out in ziploc bags. On the bags I write the calories, fiber and protein content and they go in a bin at work so I can just grab and snack. Problem is I never know what I am grabbing. It keeps my snacking fun but it not ideal for tracking.
I have never logged food before and want to start, but being at work for 13 hrs a day means that I need simple and easy in order for it to work for me.
Any suggestions ?????
