The long and the short of it...
If an email is sent and returned to us for some reason, the system automatically takes your name off the list (marking the box to not email them again). Often times this happens because of new spam filters that email providers set, but also happens when a bunch of people mark us as spam (whether on purpose or not - some people mark it as spam instead of unsubscribing), because we send out millions of emails each day some email providers think we are spamming their customers, and other times some email providers put a rate limit of how many emails they will accept in a certain period of time and if we send multiple emails to their customers and they have already accepted the limited number of emails - they just won't deliver ours (AOL is one that does this).
In your case, you have a Comcast email and Comcast is constantly an issue for blocking our emails. Denise is going to submit the form to get us unblocked and hopefully that will help, but you will need to go in and update your email preferences. If you continue to see that, then I recommend using a different email address for our emails (especially since I know Comcast consistently blocks us from time to time).
