A dairy free meal plan is not an option at this time but you are welcome to turn the meal plans off and simply enter the choices you make. Remember to save them to your favorites so they are easier to find the second time.

Are there plans to add a "no dairy" indicator in the menu plan settings? I am allergic to all milk, casein, and whey (in addition to soy) so it would really benefit me to have suggestions in order to avoid over-restricting my diet.

Hello and welcome to SparkPeople!

If you are using our meal plans you can edit your diet settings from your MY NUTRITION page (under the MY TRACKERS tab). From there click on TRACKER OPTIONS and then CHANGE DIET SETTINGS. You can scroll down and make the most of the meal plans to suit your preferences. Be sure to save your changes when you are finished.

where do I go when I set up a plan to list my high blood pressure, cholesterol, and digestive concerns
