Thanks but I'm still wondering why the carbs shot up so much with the makeover changes???

Actually you can edit a recipe even if you didn't create it I discovered this by finding a recipe I liked but wanted to change some of the ingredients so I pressed the Create Recipe Makeover button and the list of ingredients is displayed with the word Remove next to each ingredient and when you press it that ingredient is removed then you type in what you want to replace it with and it appears on the list when you are done with changes you press Save Changes. It's so neat it calculates calories and it renames the recipe to makeover and adds submitted by Connier64. Wow!! emoticon I just can't figure out why it made carbs 170g??

Hello,

I don't believe that you can edit a recipe unless you created it.

Be well,

Hi Kelly,
Thank you for trying to help me. I tried so many things till I finally figured out how to track it. But now I have another problem. I did a makeover by changing a few things like rice noodles to Soba noodles and Soy sauce to Bragg's Amino Acids. So when I view the recipe from my tracker it doesn't show the changes and worst of all in the nutrition list it shows the carbs for 1 serving is 170g??? the original recipe is 36.7 even though my serving is smaller. emoticon

While browsing through recipes on my SP Recipe App I found a Thai Chicken Noodle recipe I liked so I made it. It was great but now I can't figure out how to transfer it from SP App to my food tracker on Spark People.Com on Safari. emoticon
