Yes! You can enter and save it for yourself only by making sure you do NOT check the box at the bottom of the page for "Submit My Recipe to SparkPeople's Shared Recipes Database." That is automatically not checked, so as long as you leave it that way, it will only be listed in your recipe box, not in the SparkRecipes database.

When I find a recipe on a blog or website and I just want to find the nutrition I know how to add all of the ingredients to find the values. However, at the bottom it says not to save anything that is copy righted. Is there a way to save it legally so I don't get in trouble for posting the recipe but can keep the nutrition information where I can just add to my tracker?
