Ok, let me try this again....
I have the app. I have the account. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app a few times and it is still doing it.
I will log foods in the website tracker. I will go into the app and make additions or try to delete something off. It does NOT update the calories. It does NOT show any of the foods I add. It does NOT start up on the correct date when I launch the app. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, logged out, logged back in. Same. Half the time it tells me "no connection" on the app. Is there somewhere else I should direct my question to? I want this resolved. This is troubling that I forked out $4 for an app that sucks. There is zero communication between the website and the app. If I go to add something in the app, sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. If you look at the link I provided, that is an example of what it does. I add it in on the app, it does not update the calories on the app. It will add the calories in on the website but it dumps it in the random category of "customized foods deleted" This to me seems odd and is highly frustrating. I want to use sparkpeople and would love to have the seamless communication to happen between the website and the app because I DID afterall pay for it. It is ridiculous the amount of money being charged for the app and there seems to be little to no support for the app.
