When you click that Tracker Option button, you can create another meal plan category. Those people have created a category for their supplements, so they don't have to show up in breakfast, lunch or dinner. But they still had to add the actual supplement the same way I described below.

Well I tried what you suggested Coach Jen but it still not what I'm looking for because this tracks the vitamin or supplement under breakfast,lunch or dinner as if it is a food.the trackers I've seen from other SP have their vitamins/supplements separately at the bottom under a heading of supplements or herbs and I don't see that on my tracker.
