If you have an aggressive weight loss goal, say 2lb/week, then you will most likely remain on the lowest intake setting regardless of your goals.

If (significantly) increasing your fitness goals does not change your food range, this might be an indication to check whether your goal date is actually very realistic for you or not. It might be too aggressive.

Hello,

If you are updating your goals along the way - I wouldn't worry about it. Your ranges may not have to change based on your goals/activities. Congratulations on the success you've earned!!

Be well,
Kelly

Since starting Sparkpeople, I have lost over 30 lbs and I exercise so much more. I have changed my goals in the nutrition tracker & the fitness tracker but my calorie range stays the same. I have been told that I should change my goals when I lose 10-15 lbs, but it has not made a difference in my calorie range.
