HI,

As mentioned, you can create a recipe. Another option is to create a grouping of those foods. If it's something you've already added to the tracker, you can do that by clicking the button above the foods that says, "Create Group." If not, instructions are here:

I add all the items and save them as a recipe. When you save the recipe (and nutrition information) You do not have to add each item every time, you just go to your recipes & add it to your daily meal tracker. There may be an easier way, but that's how I do it.

Yesterday I realized that I have had a particular breakfast several times over the past few weeks. In doing the meal tracking, I included it item by item (there are about seven items).

Is there any way to have in my "favorites" list for nutrition a single item, say, "Cajun Omelet?" so I can enter it once rather than taking the (minutes to include item by item?
