I had a wee peek at your SparkTeams - is it the "Class of ..." one you are talking about? If so, you could be flogging a dead horse. These teams tend to die off when the new members are interacting on the teams that they have interests in. They are only really active the first few months and anything after that is a bonus.

So I'm assuming it would be an obvious link? Couldn't see one yet there isn't any active motivating going on, most of the posts are from 2011 n 2012 n some from beginning if year.

If a team page shows an inactive team leader (hasn't posted within 60 days) then there will be a link for a member to apply to take over the team. The Coaches generally contact the current leader to see what is happening, and can then make you a leader.

One of the teams I belong to hasn't had any input for ages from the current team leader and hardly anybody posts anything as a result of this. Do I need permission to change leadership?
