Anne - I hope I'm not being a pest but you've been so very helpful I hope you don't mind me asking another question. I've read the article you sent the link for on being a team leader. Under My Favourites it says you can add articles to favs by finding the "save" icon and clicking on it. I've looked all over the article and I don't see anything that would allow me to save it. Am I missing something? Can you help? Lin

Hi,

I'm sorry, but I'm not sure what you're referring to. If a Sparkpeople staff member mentioned something to you about this, you should seek clarification with that staff member, as it sounds like there may have been some misunderstanding about what the issue was with a particular message.

I strongly suggest that coach's be forbidden from threatening to have people kicked off of SparkPage for imagined infractions like using too many emotes in their messages. No one is going to sign up for any coach as long as this conduct is tolerated.

Hi,

There isn't a specific set of responsibilities for a team leader other than posting on the message boards of that team. If a leader doesn't post on the team for several months, the leader is marked as inactive and may be removed from the position. Here is an article with some Team Leader FAQs that may help: www.sparkpeople.com/resource/motivation_ar

Is there somewhere on here where a member can read up on how to become a team leader and what the responsibilities of a team leader are, what the do's and don'ts are, etc.? I was invited to be one but don't feel I know enough about being one.
