again, i appreciate the response and the advice. now, i'd like to suggest adding the possibility of signing up for more than one 5k per week. would that be possible? thanks.

It sounds like they may not have gone through somehow. There may be something with your browser causing a conflict on the email page, so if you want to email support in the future, you may want to try emailing directly from your email program. But to answer your question, you are only able to sign up for one virtual race per week.

many thanks for your quick response. i sent the three emails from the sparkpeople site (help, customer support, send email), all within the past two months. i think i have finally figured out the answer to my first two queries, but here is my latest (sent last week, i believe). can you only sign up for one virtual race per given week? i wanted to track two 5ks for this week, but i can only figure out how to sign on for/track one. please advise. i look forward to hearing from you. again, many thanks for your time and effort and for the effort of everyone who makes sparkpeople an indispensable site.

We respond to all emails that go to that email address (and our responses do go to the email address on your account or from whichever email address you send it from). I just searched by your username and the email address on your account and did not locate any emails from you. Did you happen to send those emails from a different email address? i have emailed the customer support team (part of the "help" feature) on three different occasions and i have yet to receive an answer or response. i am assuming that a response would be emailed to me--perhaps my assumption is erroneous. please clarify, e.g., should i be looking for a response somewhere other than my email, or is using the customer support email feature completely ineffective? i look forward to a response. thank you.
