Thank you for the response. Searching with bootcamp is what I had been doing. I was looking for something added by Sparkpeople, rather than members because some include the warmup/cooldown and others do not. I've been able to figure it out, kinda. :) Heart rate monitor would be great, no extra funds lately.

Have you tried simply searching using the word "bootcamp"? When I did that it came up with a lot of options. Additionally, you may want to invest in a heart rate monitor and simply add any workout to your tracker. The monitor will tell you how many calories you and your body burned from any activity and then no matter what you are doing, you will know what you have burned.

I have the 28 Day Bootcamp with Coach Nicole DVD and always have a hard time tracking it properly. What do I need to search for to find each specific day? I follow her 28 day plan rather than jumping around and have a difficult time finding the workouts. When I try searching by day only a few days are there. When I search by the name of the workout, not all of them include the warm-up and cool down times. Help!
