Hello and welcome back!

We have made some changes to the fitness and nutrition pages but the changes allow you to simply add your workouts any day you choose to work out rather than being on a "schedule" because we've learned that there are times when schedules change at the last minute.

You are still able to use the workout generator but you aren't set to a specific day.

I used to have an account on here like 2 years ago, and it would automatically tell me what days (monday, tuesday, etc) to work out, for how long, and for how many calories I needed to burn that day.

Now it just tells me what to do per week. Am I missing something? How can I get my account to do that again?

Hope someone knows what i'm talking about!
