If you make a screen Print and save it to the paint program pasting it and saving it as jpg. then click help on the top right of your page scroll down to the bottom and there is a link to report the information as wrong you will not be able to send the screen print with your message but you can tell them you have a pic the tech support person can explain the issue and will send a email which you can attach toe pic to. Some times it is just a programming error and the tech will get it fixed or explain the situation better. I dont us the meal plans feature. Also in the search box at the top of the page you can search also for your question and they might already have a report of the problem and explain how to fix it.

I do realize that. I'm sorry. I think I'm not making myself clear. I'm talking about the actual sparkpeople meal plan on here and how some of the nutrition info is not right.

most of the entries are entered by of members and will vary based on how they made the dish, you're better off entering your own recipes.

I check the nutrition information on all of the foods that we buy and if it is not the same as the package I enter the information myself and save it to my favorites. As the processing of each food changes from time to time the same box from a year or two ago could have some changes and updates. I have found that if you have a food that you do not have a nutrition list on the package I search for the website for the company restaurant etc and look up the information. Let me know if this helps.

I've been using the meal plans on here for like a month or so. I do switch some of the foods if I don't have the food item (or don't like it). Anyways, I was substituting a food item for another food item and I noticed that the nutrition info is different on the tracker than it is from the list. Mainly, the recipe based food items seem to be off. Like for example, the Asian chicken salad on the list says 166 calories but on my nutrition tracker it says 127 calories.
