Right, that is what happens when you add it to your message, but once you click on the button to "post message", it will post the actual emoticon. It uses html for the emoticons, which is what you are seeing with the greater than sign, a number and the less than sign. Please try clicking on the post message button and I'm sure you will see the emoticon post properly.

Yes, I have. I click on the add an emoticon, and then the emoticon that I have chosen. In the message I have previously chose it shows a greater than sign, a number and the lessor than sign instead of the chosen emoticon.

When you type the message, that is what you would see, but when you click the button to post the message, it will show the emoticon. Have you tried posting it?

I cannot add emoticons. I only get quotes a number and more quotes.

It sounds like you turned on the new feature for your calorie range to be based on your tracked fitness: www.sparkpeople.com/blog/blog.asp?post=new

. Currently there isn't a way to change that back, but we are working on giving that option. So please stay tuned to The SparkPeople Blog for the update on when that option is available.

The answer is probably here somewhere however I cant find it. If I have a daily goal of 1200 and eat 200 then exercise 100 it says I have 1100 remaining. Is there any way I can stop it from adding the calories burned other than not tracking them at all?
