I've been using the meal plans on here for like a month or so. I do switch some of the foods if I don't have the food item (or don't like it). Anyways, I was substituting a food item for another food item and I noticed that the nutrition info is different on the tracker than it is from the list. Mainly, the recipe based food items. Like for example, the Asian chicken salad on the list says 166 calories but on my nutrition tracker it says 127 calories.
