Hi, I just started using the Spark Coach app on my phone, and the section to set up FastBreak goals says I don't have any set. I used the instructions from this page: http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/get_started.asp to try to set them up, but my Other Goals page doesn't have a Fast Break Goals option. Help! :)

Ok, Thank you.


Perhaps they can just switch the text to say "3 days a week" rather then specific days.

I run... I am slower than a herd of turtles stampeding though peanut butter... But I run.

It says cardio and strength Mon, Weds, and Fri. There doesn't seem to be a way to change that. I would like to since I work out Fri, Sun, and Tues. Odd I know. Is there a way to fix this? Or should I just ignore the pre filled in days for my fast break goal?
