In the newest versions of the app, that message isn't displayed. If you have an outdated version, that may be why you are seeing that message.

I just realized that it's on the App. On the home page next to the Calories Burned Today: section, the bubble says "No cardio is scheduled for today, but you can still exercise and track more." It doesn't say it anywhere else that I can find.

Can you give me a specific example of a day where you are seeing that message? I looked at your account but didn't see that within the next several days.

Thank you for your responses. I like the idea of not scheduling workouts for certain days, but the completist in me wants them to remove messages like "You don't have cardio scheduled for today."

It is a lot more flexible.

You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face.

Mistakes are the portals of discovery.

Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.

It is never too late to be what you might have been.

Hi,

The fitness tracker no longer schedules exercise on certain days. When the fitness tracker was re-designed, that was one change that was made to give members more flexibility with their exercise and to streamline the tracker a bit.

I used to be able to mark the days in which I exercise on the workout set up. It would then tell me that I have cardio scheduled for that day. Now, it always tells me that I don't have cardio scheduled. Am I missing something?
