Okay so the fat weighs heavier than the protein and carbs. I am glad to know that now! I can actually make my meal plans and know why I am having such a problem 'getting enough' fat.

Thanks!

So you have to take each total for the day, multiply by the number of calories per gram, then divide by the total calories for the day to come up with your %. I checked your numbers for today, and they looked about right.Coach Jen "You may have a fresh start any moment you choose, for this thing that we call "failure" is not the falling down but the staying down." Mary Pickford "No matter how slow you go, you are still lapping everybody on the couch."

I looked at my daily feedback and noticed something odd. It was saying that I had ~33% of each. However, when I calculated the percentages I was 41/18/41. It should just be the carbs, fats, and proteins added together then the total divided into the individual parts

How is Sparkpeople calculating the breakdown?.
