if it takes you 60 minutes to walk one way and you walk back, click the "and back" box for your route.

oh that makes sense for sure, what i'm confused about is if i use the route back option and it takes me 60 mins to walk one way do i leave it as 60 mins or do i put 120 mins. im not sure if the route back accounts for the time it takes to walk back or if i'm supposed to put that value in

Hello,

If your route is a loop/circle and you track the entire route then don't click the "and back" box. It will double your route.

However, if your walk is half a loop and then you turn around and head back, you can click the "and back" button. Hope that makes sense!

So i'm tracking a walk i did with the mapping system in the fitness tracker. There is a section that says add the time it took me to walk the route. under it theres an option to track the walk back to my starting point.

my question is if i tick the track my route back option do i set my time as the time it took me to walk there or the time it took me to walk there and back.

any one who can shed light on this is would be greatly appreciated.
