I love the idea of having the option to let our calorie range to eat be affected by how many we are actually burning, just wish it would let us switch back in case we don't like it.
My biggest fear in switching over, is that it won't let me manually change my macros. Spark recommends far too little protein in my opinion, but an easy fix is to simply up that to whatever I personally feel I need, and then lower the carbs accordingly. I also bring in the ranges a bit so it's not so drastically wide open. Will I still be able to do something like this with the new, dynamic system?

Summer 2011- 215 lbs. Peak weight
Christmas 2011- 200 lbs
Start of summer 2012- 170 lbs
September 2012- Made my goal of competing at feather weight for Bjj (under 149 with a little water cut)
Now I'm just trying to maintain around 152ish to leave me in easy cutting range. Also trying to relax and eat more like a normal person now, balancing enjoying life and staying healthy.
