I don't mean to be a pain, but I don't think you understand what I'm asking. Can you do me a favour? Can you go to your start page, and under the QuickTrack section, can you click "view progress"?

Do you see 3 separate bar graphs? One for water, one for fruits and vegetables, and one for exercise minutes? (Or maybe you have 4 if you've added a custom goal.) That's what I used to see. Somehow I must've done something to erase my goals for exercise minutes and fruits and vegetables because I now only see ONE bar graph (water) when I used to see THREE (water, exercise and fruits and veggies). I'm just trying to figure out how to get them back.

I really like the QuickTrack function because it's so easy. But I find it sort of pointless if I can't look at my progress.

Again I'm sorry for all the confusion and I appreciate your help.

Unfortunately, Quick Track doesn't work like that. You can set goals for yourself via the Other Goals page and set up SparkStreaks for yourself but Quick Track is simply a way to input your info faster day to day.

Be well,

I do not wish to add a custom goal. I want to add goals that pertain to the things already in the QuickTracker (aka fruits and veggies and exercise minutes).

Ahhh, Ok. I apologize for misunderstanding.

You are able to add one addition Custom Goal to Quick Track. Click the link (from your start page/quick track box in the bottom right corner that reads, 'add custom goal')

First enter the goal in Goal Text and how you want to track it in Goal Type, this will control how the goal appears on your Start page. You can then enter the number you want your goal to be in Target Number and then how often you want to meet your Target Number in the How Often fields. For example, if your goal is to eat 3 servings of complex carbs a day and want to track them like water you would enter "Complex Carbs" in Goal Text, select "Tick Up/Down" for Goal Type, enter "3" for Target Number and select "1x" and "Per Day" for How Often.

Be well,
Kelly

Hi Kelly - unfortunately that doesn't answer my question. I can see and track my exercise minutes and fruits/veggies from my start page. It's the GOALS I can't figure out. (Eg I want to aim for 5 fruits and veggies and 30 minutes of exercise per day). There are a number of places I can add goals, but I want to add them so they link to my QuickTracker.

You should be able to see/track that from your Start page.

When I click on "view progress" under the QuickTrack section, the only bar graph that shows up is how much water I drink. How do I add goals for exercise minutes and fruits and veggies?
