The map is still there. Have you tried using a different browser to see if that makes a difference for you?

They may have claimed to have fixed this, but I have recently been not having the map itself frequently not appear. It is useless with out the map, so there goes the point of my exercise as far as SP is concerned & my anticipation of finding out how far I did go :-( I noticed SP changed the format of the MapRoute today hoping it would work better, but to no avail. The map still didn't appear - it was blank ...

This morning it took 4 tries to get this to work - GET w route.
Don't you hate intermittent problems!

Yes, my computer has been cleared of browsing history including cookies.

I have tried about half a dozen of the walks I have saved, and entered a new walk and saved it. All of them failed and so did the new route just entered.

Curious!

I checked your account and haven't been able to replicate that error message with that route. Have you tried clearing your browser's cache and cookies?

Hi - I am again incurring this problem with the following walk. This has not happened since June when I was experiencing it frequently. If I keep clicking on it multiple times (anywhere up to 10-12) it eventually works.

Can you give me an example of a route that has happened on? Also, what browser and version of browser are you using?

I have a number of walking routes saved in the Fitness Tracker and have been using this feature for over two years. As I repeat the same routes frequently, this is a great feature.

Over the past month or so, when I "Click here to access your saved maps" and then click on the route just walked I get the message copied below. If I repeat this process multiple times (no set number of times), eventually the saved route displays and I can add it to my daily fitness. This problem applies whether the route was saved in the past or a new route saved the previous day.
