New to Sparkpeople and trying to track my exercise. I swim. But the tracker does not allow me to figure calories burned by meters or yards I swam; it does it by stroke. I can't calculate how many of a stroke and for how many minutes..breaking down a swim workout in that manner does not make sense.
Am I missing something important in the Tracker? Does anyone have any suggestions to help me? Thanks.
