I count my basement stairs every time I go up or down and keep doing it...I KNOW how many there are, so why do I keep doing it??? :)

You can just enter the calories from the Endomondo if you feel they're more accurate. There is a manual entry link where you can simply name an exercise and specify burn for things like that, that you can't find in the tracker.

Hello! I just got back on Sparkpeople today to rev up my weight loss which has been stuck for a while. I have been climbing the stairs in my house for several months now as my main exercise. My Endomondo sports tracker on my phone gives me a bit different calorie burned info than anything here, and frankly I don't see a real equivalent here..the stair machines are not even close. Even rock climbing doesn't seem to burn as many calories as this, lol. So, is there another equivalent I can use?
