Of course. There's a couple of ways to get to this, but we'll go with the easiest. On the "My Trackers: menu, click the "My fitness" link. This takes you to your fitness tracking page. There, at the top, is a "Fitness setup" button just under the header. Click that.
Set your fitness program up the way you want it, and save. For best results, I would estimate your calorie burn for the week. Sometimes minutes can give you a skewed goal.
Save your changes. Double check your nutrition; sometimes adding more exercise can trigger a change in your needed nutrition. The more you exercise, the more you need to eat to support it!
