I had seen that.."brain cramp", with not realizing that the weekly cardio and strength are combined to determine the weekly goals.

The weekly fitness minutes (275) and calories burned (900) goals are too low for me, as I meet these requirements within two days with regular exercise.

I have searched this entire site for a fix on how to adjust my weekly goals to better challenge myself, but have found nothing.

How do I adjust my weekly fitness minutes and calories burned GOALS?
