There isn't a list to browse from. You can search one of the key words for what you did and that should give you a list to choose from. For example, if you enter walking in the search field on your fitness tracker, it will list all walking options.

Can you tell me how to pull up a total list of exercises to choose from when putting in what activity I did for the day such as walking, housework, playing with kids etc. I seem to get it accidentally sometimes, but I can never get back to it when I want to. Thanks......
