Did you have your food tracker open on two different tabs on your browser?
I've done this... and it does cause confusion, as when food you enter (or delete) while on one tab, doesn't show on the other tab (unless you refresh the page). I've input a meal on one tab... then ended up on another tab, gone "where's that food I just entered?", entered it on the other tab, and... what? why is it now in there twice?!
It's a very easy fix. Just make sure you have only one tab open - then go back into the tracker, fix up the day to how it's supposed to look, and re-run your report.
