Keeping tabs on belly fat is normally done with the waist to hip ratio, so the waist and hip measurements are the important ones.

You can add as many custom measurements to the weight tracker as you wish. If you want to track belly measurements, then add a custom measurement.

Custom measurements can be anything you want. For example, I track elliptical strides and mileage using custom measurements.

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Galatians 5:22-23 (NIV)

On the weight tracker there is a measurement for waist and hips, but nothing for belly. I don't know about ya'll, but the measurement for that is more than either of the other two on my frame. How important is it to keep tabs of belly flab regarding visceral fat? My waist is 35 inches, which is right on the border of unhealthy, but my tummy is I think 42 inches.

I would think it would matter more, at least for appearance if not for overall health...

Your thoughts?
