You can create two manual entries:

Mashed potatoes, 1c; and
Mashed potatoes by weight

I can't imagine any system that could caculate the nutrients from the calories - that sounds impossible. 100 Calories of chocolate is going to have a different nutritional breakdown than 100 calories of bread of 100 calories of broccoli.

Thanks for the feedback, I'll pass it along!

As for entries, some foods in the database have multiple serving sizes, but not all. If you manually enter a food, you can select a serving type (grams, ounces, etc), but you can only enter one type per entry.

I weigh almost everything possible, did most of my food logging in grams on CalorieCount. That doesn't seem an option here, but I'd like one stop logging. Is there a way to add different units of measure, like both cups and ounces for mashed potatoes? Another nice option at CC was direct entry of calories on most foods, and it calculates the nutrients appropriately.
