I decided to track it in the step tracker. 1 step=1 second.

Hi Jody

You could add it in the Other Goals section as a numeric goal to track, and then every day you can put in the number of seconds you did. I don't think there's a way to set that up in the fitness tracker (b/c it only tracks sets and reps.)

Would like to be able to track how many seconds I can hold a plank position in "fitness" or "other goals". Would also like to be able to generate a report of that. Is that possible?
