That is what i am doing. I started out with a 20 lb goal. When i lost 10lbs, i up'd my goal to 30. When i get to 20lbs lost, i will up it to 40. It's working for me! Good luck!

I may not be there yet, but I'm closer than I was yesterday.

Losing weight is hard.
Maintaining weight is hard.
Staying overweight is hard.
Choose your hard.

A thirty minute workout is just 2% of your day.

It's a great idea! Putting it into manageable chunks and just focussing on a bit at a time is a good way to get there. Sometimes the big picture can seem overwhelming.

I changed my weightloss goal taking it 10-20 lbs at a time. Anyone else tried this? Seems like it might work better for me. Looking at that ticker everyday seemed overwhelming to me.
